How do I set up auto‑deploy from Git?¶

Add your public SSH key to your GitHub user (one‑time). In Plesk, create the repo and copy the Webhook URL; in GitHub add it under Settings → Webhooks (send all events).

How do we clear the Cloudflare cache?¶

Assets (JS/CSS) are version‑busted automatically via Cachebuster. If HTML caching is on, purge via the official Cloudflare plugin. Legacy Xneelo uses WP Cloudflare Page Cache.

Can I edit `wp-config.php` without SSH?¶

Yes — use a reputable WP File Manager plugin and take a quick zip backup before saving.

Where are our servers and what’s the backup schedule?¶

Servers: Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Helsinki, Cape Town.
Backups: Files daily; DB twice daily; retention 3 months.

Which sites won’t we host?¶

Non‑WordPress; high‑risk/illegal content; unusual infra needs; compromised/outdated code that can’t be remediated; very high‑traffic Elementor sites unless they opt into redevelopment.

What does hosting cost?¶

Flat rate for a single WordPress site (annual billing preferred). Use the Hosting Estimate Template; discuss bulk (≥5 sites) with Ash first.
